Terms of Use

1. Adults only (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to use Noctua. By using it you confirm you are an adult.

2. Consent and respect

Everything here is consent-first. Contact and participation only happen with mutual agreement. Harassment, coercion or ignoring someone's limits are not allowed.

3. What you may not do

• Post anything involving minors, non-consent, or illegal content.
• Share other people's images or private data without permission.
• Impersonate others, spam, or attempt to bypass moderation or security.

4. Your content

You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to share it. Every post is reviewed before becoming public; we may hide, remove or refuse content.

5. Moderation and accounts

To keep people safe we may review reports, suspend or remove accounts, and contact members as Moderation. You can delete your account at any time in your Profile.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We do our best but cannot guarantee it is always available or error-free, and we are not responsible for interactions between members.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. Questions go through the in-app Support page.
